Feeling & Healing Everything? Deprogramming Your 2nd Chakra and Creativity from Takers and Saying Hello to the "Radar" Quality of this Chakra"
As we are moving through working on Chakras this year, we have now arrived at one of the most sensitive, creative and feeling of all of your chakras which has complex qualities and which combines with a lot of your other chakras to work correctly. There is a lot going on in your 2nd Chakra, from how you experience all the energy around you and how and why, sometimes, you tend to be an “out-of-control healer.” In this class I will go through some in-depth deprogramming exercises, including clearing out the programming of those in your space who take and also moving out the energy which allows them to still be plugged into you in the first place. This class is for both men and women, of course, and I’d love it if you’ll join me for it!

The First Chakra: Taking Your Next Step in Truly Grounded Living and Deprogramming "Fight or Flight" Energy
For the past six months we have been moving through healing each of the chakras this year and have finally landed on the most basic but very important one, the First Chakra. We will be exploring various information, history and energies about this chakra, which is the one which contains all your survival-of-the-body information in it and also which helps to keep you alive long enough to allow you to fulfill your purpose as a soul, here. If you are a person who has had a difficult time with grounding yourself consistently, or easily feeling panic or you aren’t handling intense earthly situations very well, this class might be the perfect one for you as you will be healing and deprogramming foreign “Fight or Flight” and other energy out of this chakra and also giving it a nice tuning up. Cleaning Out Your Chakras to Make More Room for Joy & Happiness
This class is Part two to the June 2025 class which I had titled, “How Do I Keep My Energetic Space Sparkling Clean: Psychic Tools for Feeling so much Better” - I realized that the one thing I didn’t include in that class (due to time constraints) was a good old-fashioned clean-out of the chakras. So this is the class where I will give a comprehensive lecture on chakras and have you experience the clearing and cleaning out of your own chakras. It’s a great way to continue mastering clearing your space with the end result of feeling so much better! I’d love to have you join me and the SHAPE Group is welcome to join me there as well. P.S. You are also welcome to purchase the June class (it’s available on our website) if you want to prepare a little bit for this one and if you had not taken that class already. Letting it Go & Letting it Be: Your Forgiveness Pathway Toward Mastery
Now that you have spent seven months working exclusively on chakras and perhaps you are feeling a lot better because of it, I thought it would be time to shift gears and start looking at some of the energy Michael was working with you on in the past few years, and continue with that - and of course I am speaking about looking at and working with the energy and practice of forgiveness. I have always said that forgiveness is the hardest thing any human being has ever been called to do, and then I discovered that is because it is the multi-leveled awareness and practice that can take you toward being able to truly master your inner-self. Most people don’t know what forgiveness really is and once you learn and add it to your practices, your life will start to take an interesting, and I believe, more positive turn. I challenge you to join me for the beginning of a new level of your soul’s journey in this life with this class. I would love to have you join me for this one!

As the Veil Thins: Communicating with Spirit Guides, Angels, masters, Friends and Family on the "Other Side"
The title of this class starts with "As the veil thins" because not only is it a playful take on the titles of some old soap operas, but at this time of year, getting close to the fall equinox, the veil between the earthly plane and the spiritual planes tend to become somewhat thinner and therefore, making it a little easier for us to contact spiritual beings on the other side of that veil. This is a class on learning about how to work with spirit and especially how to communicate with them and what to expect and what NOT to expect from those who reside just on the other side of the veil from us, not so far away. I chose this theme since October is traditionally the month for Halloween which in and of itself has an interesting history which is far deeper than fun children's costumes and begging for candy. Join me for this special October "Everyone" class to play in the realm of spirit with me!
