Where is Your Energy & Motivation? Deprogramming Your 3rd Chakra and Healing Your Astral Body
Hello SHAPE Group! One of the energies that seems to be up for many of us is, “Where did all that energy and motivation I used to have in abundance go?” As you know, sometimes when you turn within and take yourself through big growth periods, your path changes greatly and as a result you can feel confused about what to do or where to find your energy so you can have more use of it both in and out of your body. In this class, I will guide you in not only looking at and deprogramming your 3rd chakra of all that “stop” energy which seems to hold you up from doing what you need to do but I will also run you through a thorough astral body healing as well. I hope you will join me for this one, it could just be the energy work you have needed for a while!
