Exploring the Astral Plane and getting to Know Your Astral Body, Dreams & Symbols
It is always exciting to learn that whenever you lay your body down for sleep, that during those hours, your beingness (or spirit within) is still awake and has a life on the Astral Plane on its own! During that time, you sometimes send information back to the body about what you are doing so you can remember some of it - in the form of clear dreams or dream symbols or just a kind of “knowing.” In this class I will talk about how to enhance this space and learn to become more aware while you are on the astral and how to start to better interpret what it is that comes through when you wake up in the morning. I will also introduce you to the energetic body you travel in when you are out of your physical body, called your Astral Body. I love teaching about this, come join me for the fun!
